pre-k blues...

ashlyn started her first day of pre-k with her new teacher...for those that don't already know...we decided to move ashlyn out of her previous teacher's class...we just thought it was a bad fit for her...she has huge issues with change so we knew that this would be a hard transition for her...i went to drop her off this morning and it was like starting all over again...i had to reassure her everything was going to be okay and that she would have lots of fun...she cried...i was so sad for her but i knew that once she got settled in and got past her fear and anxiousness she would be fine...the teacher seems really wonderful and gentle...so keep your fingers crossed...i'm about to go pick her up and i'll find out the result of her day...
